Delivery and Returns

We at Snacktime Express are committed to customer satisfaction. The following information outlines our general returns and exchanges policy:

  1. If you received your product damaged in any way or are dissatisfied with the freshness of your purchase at the time of receiving your order, please notify us for a full replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please save the damaged shipment for USPS's verification purposes. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the damaged parcel(s), or any other proof for USPS's verification purposes. Upon receiving your replacement package & verifying the damaged product with USPS, the damaged package may be discarded at the instruction of a USPS or Snacktime Express’ representative.
  2. If you received any incorrect items in your order, please notify us for a full exchange of the unopened items within 7 days of receiving your order.
